The staff at the store is absolutely wonderful! They were so patient with my many, many questions about lots of different items. In the end, we did end up buying two mattresses and the deal they gave us was cheaper than Sam's Club or any of the other bedding places around. Highly recommend!!

Ken was the brains of that operation, this was 25 years ago. Ken left that place, started My Family Furniture, and the place in Niles? It folded immediately...true story. They were completely understanding and very eager to resolve the issue. It turned out to be more of a challenge than expected so they hired an outside furniture repair company. We ordered a full bedroom set from Kincade Furniture. Ken was great to work with, not pushy at all. We saw the set at a Big name Furniture store in Milwaukee, and his price was so much lower than theirs it was unbelievable. The furniture was delivered about 4 weeks later which was exactly what he told us - so for us, everything worked out great. We will definitely go back when we need other furniture. Is it a fancy place? No- do you want to pay for a showroom with fancy lighting and floor coverings? I thought not. There are plenty of places on the North Shore that will give you a fabulous shopping experience as far as ambiance is concerned.So shop those places first, and then save some $ by having Ken order it for you. My wife and I are new to the area and we just finished shopping at Harlem and Ashley and Lazy Boy and was not thoroughly impressed. I found this place via Google maps and I wanted to give it a chance. I am glad I did. Everytime I was in the store there was a previous customer in the store talking how great the experience and the Furniture. The owner works with his mother-in-law and they are both very experienced in the furniture business. They did not push me in any direction, they just provided all the needed information so I could make my choice. They are extremely truthful. He keeps his prices down due to lack of floor models but that is the best thing for the buyers. He was truthful about the low quality of Ashley and Harlem but if i pressed he could provide me that furniture from those stores cheaper. I am very happy with my furniture.
